VISIT FLORIDA UPDATE

The Tourism Recovery Grant Program for Hurricane Michael provides financial assistance for tourist development boards and marketing programs through advertising, direct mail, brochure production, website development and other related projects/programs. The Hurricane Recovery Marketing Program is available immediately, at no cost, to all small, medium and large tourism businesses located in counties affected by Hurricane Michael. The program provides complimentary VISIT FLORIDA marketing partnerships through June 30, 2019. To view program details, click here.

Media Creative Update

Visit Panama City Beach media and creative has been updated after the storm to keep PCB top of mind and to remind everyone to plan ahead for spring. Two new creative campaigns have been launched to transition to the broader messaging strategy that connects our local community with our visitors, with this month featuring our #RealPCB campaign!

Chasin' The Sun Premiere

The fourth season of the award-winning television series, Chasin' The Sun, premiered on Saturday, January 5 on Discovery Channel. Hosts Captain Justin Leake and Captain Travis Holeman give an uscripted approach to the viewers for a genuine glimpse into the fisheries of Northwest Florida. Watch Season 4 of Chasin' The Sun, Saturdays at 7AM on Discovery Channel.

Hello 2019!

Tens of thousands of people flocked to Pier Park to enjoy festivities at the 11th anniversary of the New Year's Eve Beach Ball Drop. This year's event was a huge success with highlights of the night including the 10,000 foot beach ball drop, the laser and light show and both rounds of fireworks. We look forward to a prosperous and fun 2019!

 

PCB Mardi Gras & Music Festival

Sports & Events Workshop

We invite you to join us at our upcoming annual Sports & Events Workshop on Wednesday, February 20th at Edgewater Beach Resort. Networking with event right-holders will be available during the timed sessions and the Visit Panama City Beach advertising agency, Luckie & Co. will also be in attendance to present the first round of 2019 cooperative opportunities.

2019 Spring Visitors Guide

New in 2019, Visit Panama City Beach will be transitioning to a two-year Visit Panama City Beach Visitors Guide, showcasing the destination in Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter issues. Each edition will remain within a 100-page range with over 60 pages as editorial content. The layout of the guide will be seperated into six personas from the "Make It Yours" campaign, inspiring visitors to book their next visit to the Real. Fun. Beach.!
