Media & Creative Update

During the COVID-19 outbreak, we've continued to work with our advertising agency, Luckie & Co., on fresh and exciting ways to promote our year round destination on all platforms while keeping our visitors up to date on the latest information regarding our destination. Continuing to Tell Visitors About PCB

In July, we plan to continue both our Welcome Back digital advertising campaign and our PCB Through Our Eyes campaign. We'll be advertising with display ads, pre-roll ads and across social media. We'll continue partnerships with Pandora, YouTube and travel focused partners like Adara and Sojern.

We decided to continue PCB Through Our Eyes because of the ability to show people everywhere areas of PCB they might not have known about otherwise. It gives visitors a unique look into the eyes of being a local in Panama City Beach.

Beach Responsibly Rack Card

As visitors and locals return to our beaches, we're making sure to remind them of the importance of maintaining a safe social distance between themselves and beach-goers. The "Beach Responsibly" Rack Cards will be distributed at the Visitor Information Center and by our Beach Ambassadors. Additionally, they are available to you, our partners, to share with your visitors.

PCB in the News

Southern Living

Southern Living named Panama City Beach as a best beach town in its article 'The South's Best Beach Towns 2020.' The article mentions local eateries like Dee's Hang-Out and Dusty's Oyster Bar. It even encourages visitors to come and see us to help as Bay County rebuilds from Hurricane Michael.

Upcoming Events

We're so excited to announce we have a few events coming up. We will be taking necessary precautions and encourage those who don't feel well to stay home. We can't wait to see everyone back on our Real. FUN. Beach.

Tacos & Tequila - August 8

9/11 Stair Climb - September 12

Keep the Panhandle Great - October 3

Pro Watercross Tournament Success

The Pro Watercross tour kicked off the season with 158 riders across multiple classes and pro and amateur watercross events. The Gulf was beautiful for the 2 day competition and Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant was a great host venue for the National Tour stop. This is the organization's first time back since Hurricane Michael and the event was postponed during the Spring, so we were thrilled to have them back. We look forward to welcoming the tour back next May.
